Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to perform their statutory duty under Section 203 of the Income Tax Act and furnish the petitioner within a fixed time frame the relevant Form 16 certifying the tax deducted at source from the petitioner's salary for the Financial Years 2010-11 and 2011-12.

The present Writ Petition has filed for direction to the 2nd respondent to issue TDS certificate in form 16, in terms of Section 203 of Income Tax Act, 1961.

2.It is informed that the 2nd respondent company has been wound up and has been taken over by the liquidator. 3.In light of the above development, the present Writ Petition is dismissed while giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the liquidator. No cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
