This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to release the TATA ACE, bearing Registration No.TN-32AZ5668 seized by the 3rd respondent on 24.02.2015. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
