This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 95 days in representation of the petition in C.M.P.SR. No.121756 of 2019 in S.A. No.64 of 2014.

2. Ms. K.Bhanumathi, learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that pending appeal, the fourth respondent expired on 15.07.2019 and to implead his legal representatives, the petitioner had filed a petition to bring on record, the same was returned for certain compliance. But, due to oversight and inadvertence, she failed to represent the papers in time, resulting in which, the delay of 95 days arose. Hence, she has filed this petition to condone the delay.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and also considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit is justifiable, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to number the above petition as well as the petition to bring the legal heirs of 4th respondent on record, if the same are otherwise found to be in order.
