Common Prayer : Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the second respondent from proceeding with the counselling process with respect to the post of Assistant Statistical Investigator scheduled to conducted on 22.02.2024, before the first respondent concludes the selection process pursuant to Notification No.27 of 2022 dated 15.09.2022. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that all the petitioners names have been considered and about to send for counselling to be held on 22.02.2024 by the second respondent.
3. In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to permit the petitioners to participate in the counselling process to the post of Assistant Statistical Investigator.
