ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1141 days in representing the main appeal.

2. The delay is huge. Considering the fact that the suit for specific performance was decreed against the petitioner and in order to give a fair opportunity to the petitioner, to agitate the matter on his own merits, this Court is inclined to condone the delay in representing the main appeal with cost of Rs.10,000/- payable to the Advocate Clerk Association, High Court, Madras, on or before 03.04.2025. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
