After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner sought for withdrawl of this writ petition with liberty to file a civil suit and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle. Recording the said endorsement, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a civil suit. It is made clear that in the event of filing civil suit, the limitation period shall be counted only from today. No Costs.
