This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.5158 of 2020 on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that pursuant to the investigation made by the 1st respondent in Crime No.5158 of 2020, Final Report has been filed before the Mahila Court, Thiruvallur and the same has been taken cognizance by the learned Judge in C.C.No.82 of 2021.

3.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if he is advised to do so. Connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
