Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed in SC.No.16 of 2017 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Special court for Trial of Bomb Blast Cases, Poonamallee, dated 30.09.2019 and enlarge the petitioner on bail till the disposal of Crl.A.No.759 of 2019.
