The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the relief sought for in the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous for the reason that the suit in O.S.No.37 of 2008 on the file of the District Munsif, Dharmapuri was disposed of on 30.08.2017. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
