Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus, directing the respondent to consider his representation dated 26.09.2017, wherein and whereby, he sought for issuance of Patta in his favour in respect of the property at S.No.12/5, measuring to an extent of 1.71 Acres and at S.No.13/1, to an extent of 55 cents totally to an extent of 2.26 Acres at Ottapalli Village, Bagalur, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the said request has not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.09.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner as well as the rival claimants and other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
