Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2229/2019 dt.29.01.2019 in Cr.No.51/2018 that the petitioner shall report before the Learned Principal Special Judge, EC and NDPS Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.SRINIVASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.PRABHAVATHI, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.*2229 of 2018 on 29.01.2019.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 01.02.2019 to till date.

3.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
