ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed againt the dismissal of the petitioner's Revision Petition and the same has been communicated vide Government letter (Pa) No.523, M.A.No.1/2014, dated 22.12.2014 by the Principal Secretary to Government, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (M.A.I) Department, Secretariat, Chennai 600 009, the first respondent herein.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 appeared through Video Conferencing.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he already filed a memo before this Court on 13.07.2016 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the above Civil Revision Petition and hence, he requests to record the said memo and permit him to withdraw the Civil Revision Petiiton. In the case bundle, a memo dated 13.07.2016 is available. In the said memo, the learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that he may be permitted to withdraw the above Civil Revision Petition. The memo is recorded.
4. In view of the aforesaid submissions and also the memo, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed. 13.10.2020 Index :Yes/No dna 3/4
