2. The respondents produced a copy of the proceedings dated 30.09.2016 indicating that a sum of Rs.3137/- is due to the petitioner. The said amount was paid on 01.10.2016. The receipt issued by the State Bank of India indicates the payment of Rs.3137/-.

3. In view of compliance of the order dated 20.09.2013, the Contempt Petition is closed.
