The prayer in the petitioner is to direct 1st respondent herein to pass an order in Crime No. 158 of 2007 dated 21.03.2007 in Na. Ka No. 2130/2007 dated 09.04.2007.
2. No Appearance for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that in Crime No. 158 of 2007 notices were issued to the parties concerned under Section 145 Cr.PC and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
now the entire proceedings are over and therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
4. In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
