The instant revision has been filed challenging the order dated 11.01.2013 passed by the learned VIIIth Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai in R.C.A.No.98 of 2006.

2. The parties to the dispute have amicably resolve the dispute among themselves. They have also filed a Joint memo of Compromise dated 17.12.2018 before this Court. Both the parties as well as their counsels signed in the said Joint memo of compromise.

3. The said Joint memo of compromise dated 17.12.2018 is taken on file and shall form part of this Order. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, in terms of the Joint memo of compromise. No costs.
