Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records in relates to the order passed by the first respondent vide letter No.18933/G/2010-1, dated 10.12.2010 confirming the award passed in A.R.C.No.1066 of 2008 by the Arbitrator Sri.K.Jayaseelan dated 15.07.2009 on the file of the Chit Fund Cases under Chit Fund Court, Chennai-1 directing the petitioner to pay Rs.4,70,214/- with interest @ 24% from the date of filing to the date of payment with a cost of Rs.16,757/- and quash the same.
