Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the leaned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent.

2. On 13.03.2023, this Court had passed the following order:- On earlier occasion, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the petitioner appeared before this Court souhgt three months time to vacate the premises and to file and affidavit of undertaking before this Court on the date of next hearing.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the petitioner along with her counsel and the learned counsel for the 1st respondent have appeared. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner filed an affidavit of undertakign before this Court.

3.Considering the affidavit filed by the revision petitioner, the petitioner is directed to vacate the premises and hand over the keys to the 1st respondent/ Maria Arokiya Rani on or before 15.06.2023. Further, the petitioner also directed not to make any encumbrance over the property till 15.06.2023.

4.Post the matter on 15.06.2023 under the caption for reporting compliance.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the 1st respondent Page No.2/4

have submitted that the order dated 13.03.2023 is complied with.
