Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the First Respondent in its proceedings in Letter No. K2/ 9228/2003 dated 13.05.2015 and quash the same and direct the First and Second Respondents to de-seal the premises in G-88/9 of Periyar Vegetable Market, Koyambedu, Madras - 600 017.
