dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner to condone the delay in filing an application to set aside the exparte preliminary decree. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the revision petition.

3. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
