The Registry was directed to ascertain whether the suit in OS.No.151 of 2009 is still pending on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Puducherry. Accordingly, a communication was sent by the Registry to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Puducherry and the learned Judge in response sent a letter dated 09.08.2019, to the Registry stating that the suit in OS.No.151 of 2009 on their file was disposed of on 09.11.2018.

2. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the orders passed in IA.No.336 of 2011 in OS.No.151 of 2009 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Puducherry. Since, the suit itself is disposed, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Civil Revision Petition.

3. In the facts and circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
