ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent-police to file a final report in Crime No.354 of 2025, pending on the file of the respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the respondent-police will be able to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of four (4) months.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the respondentpolice to file the final report in Crime No.354 of 2025 within a period of four (4) months from today.

4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
