O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.459 of 2016 dated 07.09.2017, has been complied with. In this regard, the respondent had already addressed a letter to the Joint Director of Collegiate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Education on 21.12.2017. Thus, further actions are to be taken by the authorities in this regard.

2. In view of the fact that the order has already been complied with, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the present contempt petition and further, the appearance of the respondent/ Thiru.G.Selvanathan, The Secretary, S.I.V.E.T College, Gowriwakkam, Chennai - 600 073 is dispensed with. 3.Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. However, there is no order as to costs.
