This matter is listed today, under the caption " for extension of time".

2. This Court, by order dated 15.03.2023, had allowed the Civil Revision Petition in CRP.No.753 of 2022, by directing the Principal District Judge, Villupuram to dispose of the EOP. No.140/2021, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. The learned Principal District Judge, Villupuram, has addressed a letter dated 01.12.2023 to the Registry seeking extension of time for the reasons stated in the said letter.

4. This Court perused the letter dated 01.12.2023 sent by the learned Principal District Judge, Villupuram, and is satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter for not disposing the said E.O.P.No.140/2021 within the time stipulated by this Court in the order in CRP No.753 of 2022 dated 15.03.2022.

5. Accordingly, this Court grants further time of two months to the learned Principal District Judge, Villupuram to dispose of the E.O.P.No.140/2021 from the date of receipt of the communication of this order from the Registry.
