2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (04.03.2019), neither the revision petitioner nor the learned counsel for the petitioner is present to represent the case.

3. Since the matter pertains to the year 2013 and there is no representation on behalf of the revision petitioner, this Court is of the view that there is no purpose in keeping the revision pending. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
