O R D E R

The wife seeks transfer of HMOP.No.73 of 2019 on the file of the Sub-Court, Panrutti to the file of the Sub-Court, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District.

2. The transfer is sought for on the sole ground of convenience. The wife is the resident of Thirunageswaram, near Kumbakonam and the husband lives in Panrutti. Considering the distance between Panrutti and Kumbakonam and the convenience of the wife, the HMOP.No.73 of 2019 is withdrawn from the SubCourt, Panrutti and transferred to the Sub-Court, Kumbakonam to be disposed of in accordance with law. The inconvenience caused to the husband will also be minimal because he can engage a counsel to appear for the non-essential hearings.

3. The Sub-Court, Kumbakonam is directed to dispose of the Original Petition, since it is already 2 years old, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of eight (8) months from the date of receipt of the records from the Sub-Court, Panrutti. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
