ORDER
Heard both sides.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 has submitted that the order dated 02.12.2014 made in W.P.No.31539 of 2014 has been complied with. He has also produced the proceedings dated 24.02.2015 passed by the second respondent.
3. Though the order is passed, the grievance of the petitioner is that the actual amount that is liable to be paid in pursuant of the death of the employee, is not known to the petitioner and the petitioner has to seek her remedy by filing a succession petition.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the amount payable by the second respondent in respect of the deceased employee will be made known to the petitioner.
5. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to inform the petitioner the amount that is liable to be paid by the second respondent in pursuant to the death of the employee including the retiral and death benefits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above directions, this contempt petition is closed.
