This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the criminal case based on the complaint dated 6.2.2015 and the reminder dated 24.4.2015 given by the petitioner to the respondent police.

Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending before the respondent Police.
