This application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue subpoena to the Headmaster of CSI Higher Secondary School No.12, Santhome High Road, Mylapore, Chennai - 600 004, (Near Light House) to appear before the Hon'ble Master to record the evidence of the Applicant/Petitioner.

O.P.No.568 of 2016:

This original petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to that the Letters of Administration with the will annexed may be granted to him as the son/beneficiary under the Will of the said deceased having effect limited to the state of Tamil Nadu.

These application and Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:- The above application has been taken out by the petitioner to issue subpoena to the Head Master of CSI Higher Secondary School, No.12 Santhome High Road, Mylapore, Chennai- 600 004 to record the evidence of the petitioner who is both deaf as well as mute.

2. The main petition is filed for issuance of letter of administration in respect of the will executed by his father T.Kannan.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner cannot give original evidence and his evidence has to be interpreted by a person who knows the sign language, the above application has been taken out.

4. Though notice was served on the respondent, none appeared on behalf of the respondent.

5. Considering the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of the above application, the application is allowed as prayer for. Sd/.P.T.A.J.
