ORDER
th The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the 4 respondent dated 15.02.2024 and the consequential relieving order passed by the th respondent dated 16.02.2024.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was initially appointed as Secondary Grade Assistant, in Ammapalayam, Panchayat Union Elementary School, Thiruchencode, Namakkal District in the year 2004. It is further submitted that the petitioner was thereafter promoted to the post of B.T.Assistant (Science) on 18.06.2014 and her services were regularised with effect from 25.06.2014. It is the grievance of the learned th respondent issued the counsel for the petitioner that on 15.02.2024, the 4 3/7
impugned proceedings dated 15.02.2024 reverting the petitioner to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher on the ground that as per the order of this Court in W.P.No.25688 of 2018, the petitioner was directed to be reverted to the aforesaid post. However, it is the case of the learned counsel petitioner that the petitioner herein was not a party to the writ petition cited supra, hence, the present writ petition is filed praying for appropriate orders.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner was th respondent dated appointed as B.T.Assistant vide proceedings of the 4 07.03.2024. A counter affidavit has also been filed in this regard.
4. In view of the above, no further orders is necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
