ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in F.I.R. in Crime No.292 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent herein and quash the same as illegal.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on completion of investigation, the respondent police filed a final report and thereafter withdrew the prosecution case under section 321 (b) of Cr.P.C., on 21.02.2022.
3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous, since nothing survives for further adjudication. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
