O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking for a direction, restraining the respondents from proceeding with the charges based on the impugned charge memo issued by the respondent dated 20.07.2005, till the conclusion of the criminal cases pending against him in C.C.No.1/2005 and 2/2005 on the file of the Principal Special Judge for CBI Cases, Madurai.

2. It is reported before this Court today by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pending the writ petition, the writ petitioner died.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as abated. No costs. Interim order already granted by this Court shall stands vacated and consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
