This application has been filed to condone the delay of 35 days in filing the adoption memo filed by the defendants 4 to 7 to adopt the written statement filed by the 1st defendant in the above suit.

2. Mr.K.V.Babu, learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.T.S.Baskaran, learned counsel for fourth respondent would submit that they have no objection in allowing the present application.

3. Heard the learned counsels appearing for their respective parties.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel appearing for their respective respondents have no objection in allowing the present application and being satisfied with the same, the same is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
