Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of reporting before the respondent police every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m as condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.16967 of 2018 Crl.O.P.No.25257 of 2018 vide order dated 13.12.2018 in Cr.No.777 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SATHISH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16967 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.25257 of 2019 on 13.12.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16967 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.25257 of 2019 on 13.12.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor .

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.16967 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.25257 of 2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police twice a month i.e., on 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
