The prayer in the petition is for transfer of investigation from the second respondent to the third respondent. It is seen that the issue for which the http://www.judis.nic.in

M.S.RAMESH, J dpq petitioner has made a complaint is already on the file of the third respondent who has been conducting the investigation. Hence it would be appropriate to transfer the investigation to the file of the third respondent.

2. Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to transfer the investigation in respect of the above said crime number to the third respondent and the same shall be completed within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly this criminal original petition is allowed.
