ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint dated 24.01.2014 and 26.07.2014 and to take suitable action known to law against accused persons.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. On a complaint given by the petitioner, it is seen that the counter-petitioner had cheated him. The Police summoned the counterpetitioner and he has given an undertaking to the Police that he will return the amount. Thereafter, the counter-petitioner has absconded. Under this circumstances, the second respondent Police is directed to enquire into the complaint and take action in accordance with law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
