ORDER

A.No.1776 of 2025 has been filed on the ground that the learned Master has not disposed of A.No.6756 of 2024, which has been filed seeking for a direction to the Registrar General of this Court to endorse and hand over the fixed deposit receipt mentioned in A.No.6756 of 2024.

2.The grievance of the applicant before this Court is that several adjournments have been granted by the learned Master in A.No.6756 of 2024 and till date, counter has not been filed and A.No.6756 of 2024 has not been disposed of. According to the applicant, on account of the same, the applicant is suffering losses.

vga 3.Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions would submit that the counter in A.No.6756 of 2024, which is pending before the learned Master is made ready and it will be filed today (07.04.2025) itself. 4.Since the counter is going to be filed by the respondent in A.No.6756 of 2024 before the learned Master, this Court need not adjudicate A.No.6756 of 2024. It is for the learned Master to decide A.No.6756 of 2024, on merits and in accordance with law. This Court directs the respondent to file counter affidavit in A.No.6756 of 2024, as undertaken by them, today itself before the learned Master. Learned Master, on receipt on the counter filed by the respondent in A.No.6756 of 2024 and after hearing both the counsels, shall adjudicate A.No.6756 of 2024 on merits and in accordance with law on or before 28.04.2025. 5.

Registry is directed to post A.No.6756 of 2024 before the learned Master on 09.04.2025. With the aforesaid direction, A.No.1776 of 2025 is disposed of.
