This application has been filed to condone the delay of 243 days in filing the written statement of the fourth defendant in the above captioned suit.

2. Mr.D.J.Adinarayanan, learned counsel for the first respondent and MR.J.D.Srikanth, learned counsel appearing for the second and third respondent would submit in unison that they have no objection in allowing the present application.

3. Heard both sides.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respective respondents have no objection in allowing the present application and being satisfied with the same, the present application is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
