This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of the representation dated 13/7/2015.

2. Heard Mr.P.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.G.T.Subramanian, learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.M.Anandaraj, learned counsel for the fourth respondent.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the Civil Suit is already pending before the trial Court, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
