W.P.No.13011 of 2016 M.VENUGOPAL,J., AND S.VAIDYANATHAN,J., When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the Learned Government Advocate for R1 to R6 & R8 has produced a copy of the letter dated 11.04.2019 written by the 5th Respondent / Executive Engineer, Thiruvallur, to the 6th Respondent / District Collector, Kancheepuram District, seeking to arrange for Police Protection to remove the encroachments and also to fix the date of eviction immediately after election. No Status Report has been filed by the Respondents before this Court, except the above communication dated 11.04.2019.

2. At request of the Learned Government Advocate for removal of the 64 Identified Encroachments, Time is granted till 16.06.2019. The Respondents are directed to furnish the details of other encroachments, if any on 17.06.2019.
