This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register the FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 09.10.2017.

2.It is brought to my notice that this Court in connection with TANPID Act, the complaint has already been filed in C.C.No.01.2014 by the Special Court for TANPID Act, Chennai.

3.Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to forward the present complaint to the Special Court for TANPID Act, Chennai in C.C.No.01 of 2014 for further action. 4.The Criminal Original Petition stands ordered, accordingly.
