O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of his representation dated 28.04.2014.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given the representation as early as on 28.4.2014, the first respondent has not considered the same yet.

3. Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents and submitted that the first respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.4.2014 and decide the matter, after conducting enquiry in accordance with law.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.04.2014 and pass orders, after conducting https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
