ORDER

Seeking to punish the respondents for the alleged disobedience of the order of this court dated 25.06.2015 made in W.P.No.10181 of 2014, the petitioner has come forward with this contempt petition.

2. Today, when the contempt petition was taken up, the learned Special Government Pleader has produced a

Xerox copy of the order of the Joint Director, Chennai, in Na.Ka.No.68685/C2/2014 dated 11.12.2015 to show that the petitioner has been appointed as Teacher.

3. But, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the said order in Clause 16 it is stated that the said appointment is subject to the out come of SLP (Civil) (CC) No.20274/2015. The learned counsel would further submit that the said SLP was dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court by order dated 14.12.2015.

4. Therefore, the respondents shall remove clause No.16 in view of the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court and shall make the appointment absolute.

5. In view of the above, no more adjudication is required in this matter and the contempt petition is accordingly closed with the above direction.
