These petitions have been filed to call for the entire records pertaining to CC Nos.44 and 45 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvannamalai and quash the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that PW1 and PW2 have been examined before the trial Court. Under such circumstances, the proceedings cannot be quashed. These petitions are dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points before the trial Court. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
