ORDER

These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 19.08.2015 and made in I.A.Nos.1273 and 1274 of 2014 respectively, in I.A.No.959 of 2014 in O.S.No.598 of 2014 on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Alandur.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the matter has been settled out of Court and he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these Civil Revision Petitions and he undertakes to send an e-mail to that effect.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
