Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Suspend the order of conviction of sentence passed by the Special Court (POSCO Act cases) District Session Judge, Cuddalore in Special S.C.No.64/2019 dated 23.12.2020 and release the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the Crl.A.No.44 of 2021 on the file of this pass appropriate directions and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.GANESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.MUNIYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-
