This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para no.4(b) imposed by this Court on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32545 of 2024 dated 03.01.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32545 of 2024 dated 03.01.2025 is relaxed.
