Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Deputy Commissioner, HR & CE from the date his juniors who were appointed pursuant to G.O.Ms.No.37, Tamil Development, Religious Endowments and Information (Aa Ne.2-2) Department dated 10.02.2012 and consequently restore the seniority as per law and pass such further orders. 1/4
