ORDER

The petitioner seeks modification of the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.19729 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1625 of 2025, dated 24.11.2025, wherein the petitioner was directed to stay at Dharmapuri and appear before the Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, Dharmapuri, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is unable to comply with the said condition and prays that he may be directed to appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every week.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent, who submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition for five weeks.

4. Considering the request, this Court is inclined to modify the condition in the order dated 24.11.2025. Accordingly, the condition shall read as follows: "7.(vi)The petitioner/accused is directed to report before the respondent police on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

5. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. All other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered. 13-02-2026 cda To 1.The Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai.
