The respondents have filed a counter affidavit dated 16.12.2019, in which they have stated that as per the request of the Sub-Registrar in Ref No.2282/1996/A3 dated 10.04.2018, the Sub-Registrar, Pollachi had removed the encumbrance, which was informed to them through Sub-Registrar letter in F.V.No.2392-L No.26/2018, dated 11.05.2018 and the removal of encumbrance was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

also intimated to the petitioner through the respondents letter dated 14.05.2020. As such, the prayer sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous.
