CR.NO.759 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the 1st and 2nd Petitioner to report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.8593/2020 in Crl.O.P.No.15768 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.S.PRABU, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15768 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 323, 354, 324, 379(NP) of IPC in Crime No.759 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
